¨Surveying Crew ¨Support Staff
The Principals
of our firm are Registered Professional Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors with
a combined 50 years of consulting experience. Our staff includes project
engineers, construction engineering technicians, surveyors, computer-aided
drafting technicians, and office personnel. The employees of C&H
Engineering and Surveying, Inc. possess the uncommon dedication and knowledge
to provide quality work and excellent customer service.

Mark A. Chandler, P.E., P.L.S. is a Professional Civil Engineer and Professional
Land Surveyor. Mr. Chandler received a Masters of Science Degree in Civil
Engineering from Montana State University,
and a Bachelor of Science from North Dakota
State University,
in Fargo, ND.
Mr. Chandler has over twenty-five years of engineering and surveying
experience. He holds Professional Land Surveyor registrations in six
states (including Montana) and Professional
Engineering registrations in Montana and Wyoming.
Per M. Hjalmarsson,
P.E. is a Professional Civil and Structural
Engineer, and focuses primarily on structural engineering. Mr. Hjalmarsson is a graduate of Montana State
University-Bozeman where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil
Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in eight states,
including Montana, Wyoming,
Colorado and Utah. Mr. Hjalmarsson
has over fifteen years of engineering consulting experience.

Matthew Cotterman, P.E. Project Engineer, is a Professional Civil
Engineer and a 1997 graduate of Vanderbilt
University, Nashville, Tennessee.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Matthew is
responsible for civil engineering design, especially municipal water and sewer
design for major subdivisions and other civil projects.
Scott Lowry , Project Engineer. Scott is a 2005 graduate of
Montana State University-Bozeman. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Civil Engineering. Scott is responsible for septic permits, rewrites and
site plans for county approvals. Scott is a Certified Gallatin County Site
Evaluator and a Montana Engineer in Training.
Brendan Henry, Project
Engineer. Brendan is a 2005 graduate of The University of Vermont. He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Brendan is a
Montana Engineer in Training.
Michael Welch, Project
Engineer. Michael is a 2007 graduate of
University
of Montana – Montana Tech –
Butte. He holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. He is a
Montana Engineer in Training.

Kevin Spriggs, P.L.S., Survey
Manager. Kevin is a Professional Land Surveyor, registered in Montana and Florida. Kevin has over twenty years of experience
in the field of Land Surveying and is experienced in a wide range of surveying equipment,
including Sokkia, Topcon Total Stations/Data Collectors, and Trimble GPS
equipment and has over fourteen years experience with AutoCAD. Kevin is
responsible for managing the surveying department including estimating project
costs, and scheduling crews. Member: American Congress of Surveying and
Mapping.

Sue Hjalmarsson, Bookkeeper.
Sue is a 1986 graduate of Montana State
University, Bozeman. She holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Management with a focus in accounting. Sue is
responsible for bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
